These terms apply to the remindher.app website and the RemindHer app (together, “RemindHer”). By using RemindHer, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RemindHer.
1. Who we are
RemindHer is operated by Adi Ben Elyahu in Israel. You can reach us at support@remindher.app.
2. What RemindHer offers
- The app: a family organizer for sharing tasks, reminders, schedules and the mental load.
- The website: articles, research, printable checklists and free online tools, such as the mental load calculator and the custody schedule builder.
3. Our content is not professional advice
Our articles, tools and printables are for general information and planning only. They are not legal, medical, psychological or financial advice, and they don’t replace a qualified professional who knows your situation.
- Custody and family law: our custody schedule tools and articles are for planning only. Your court order or parenting plan always comes first. For legal decisions, talk to a family law attorney or mediator.
- Health and wellbeing: articles about burnout, postpartum, stress or relationships are not a diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety or a child’s safety, contact your local emergency services right away.
- Money: content about family finances is general information, not financial advice.
We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it is complete or right for your situation.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account. RemindHer is designed for parents and adults managing a household.
- Please give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time.
5. Paid features and payments
If you buy a subscription or other paid feature in the app, the purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms govern billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
To cancel a subscription, use the subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Your content
The tasks, reminders, events, names, photos and other information you add to the app stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide RemindHer to you and the family members you share with.
When you add information about family members, including children, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. Please don’t upload content that is illegal, offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights.
7. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence, for example to turn voice or text into tasks. AI can make mistakes, so please check tasks, dates and reminders it creates before relying on them.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt RemindHer or its servers
- Copy or scrape our content or data with automated tools
- Use RemindHer to harass anyone, send spam, or break the law
- Impersonate another person
9. Our content and printables
The articles, research, images, tools, printables, logos and design of RemindHer belong to RemindHer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You’re welcome to read, share links to, and print our checklists and printables for personal and family use. Please don’t republish, sell or distribute our content without written permission. Short quotes with a credit and a link to the source are fine.
10. Comments
You’re responsible for the comments you post. We may edit or remove comments that are off-topic, abusive, promotional or unlawful.
11. Links and third-party services
RemindHer links to and uses services of other companies, such as Google, Apple and app stores. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
RemindHer is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Reminders may occasionally be delayed or not delivered, so please don’t rely on RemindHer alone for critical tasks such as medication or legal deadlines.
To the extent the law allows, RemindHer will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the service, or from relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement.
13. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. You can stop using RemindHer and delete your account at any time.
14. Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Accessibility Statement describes the site’s accessibility and how to report a problem.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will let you know in the app or on the site. If you keep using RemindHer after a change, the updated terms apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you may have to bring a claim in the country where you live.
